Thyme linalol or sweet thyme is one of the chemotypes of Thymus vulgaris whose essential oil is characterised by a high linalol content (up to 50%) and a low thymol content (< 3%).
Anticeptic, but less so than the thymol chemotype, Thyme linalool essential oil is not aggressive to the skin and mucous membranes.
Its use is recommended for Children.

Chemotype: linalool.
Extraction: steam.

Food Supplements.
Keepout of the reach of small children.

How to use it

Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.

Rheumatism, muscular contractures, sciatica, lumbago: apply locally by massaging.
General fatigue: massage the Feet and Sunscreens plexus.
Dermatoses (eczema, acne, psoriasis, fungal infections, warts, corns, calluses, etc.): apply locally.
Breathing infections: massage the chest and upper back.
Difficult digestion: massage the stomach in a clockwise direction.

Diffusion into the air.

Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.

Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.

In the kitchen:

To make an aromatic, digestive oil: add 15 drops of Thyme essential oil to half a litre of olive oil.
