How to use it
1 drop, 2 times a day (i.e. 50-60mg), in a teaspoonful of honey diluted in a warm herbal tea or in a fruit or vegetable juice.
Compositions & ingredients

Part expressed: zest (fruit peel)
Chemotype: limonene, citrals (neral and geranial) Extraction: cold pressed in solvent
Photosensitising essential oils: It is recommended not to expose yourself to UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying or ingesting a photosensitising essential oil or a preparation containing one. It is preferable to use it only in the evening or in Winter, when you are less exposed to UV rays.
It is not advisable to exceed the recommended daily dose.
This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Pregnant or breast-feeding women, children under 3: Do not use. Keepout of the reach of young children. Safe opening. Keep away from heat and light.
Stimulating, Rosemary flowers and leaves are generally recommended in cases of physical or mental fatigue.
