How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Noble Laurel essential oil?
Take 1 drop twice daily, diluted in a teaspoon of honey, a warm herbal tea or a fruit/vegetable juice. Each dose contains 50–60 mg of essential oil.
For best results, take once in the morning and once in the evening. Do not use undiluted, and always follow the recommended dosage.

Dr. Valnet warned against the indiscriminate mixing of essential oils, as this can cause interactions that counteract the desired effect.
Essential oils must be kept out of reach of children, as they are highly concentrated products that can be dangerous if misused. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 36 months should follow medical advice before use. Those with allergies or epilepsy should consult a specialist before using essential oils.
