How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Lemongrass essential oil?
Use this essential oil orally or topically. Add 1 to 2 drops to a warm herbal tea with honey, or dilute in a carrier oil for massage. It can also be added to cooked dishes or an aroma diffuser.
For bath use, mix with a neutral base. Always follow essential oil safety precautions.
