How to use it

In Inhalation: 2 drops for a bowl of boiling water.

In the bath, 20 drops diluted in a bath base .

Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar or in a teaspoon of honey, to let it melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
