Good For Blood SugarsI was recently diagnosed at borderline type2 diabetic, wanting to fight this, get my bloods down I started taking these after meals. Slowly it is bring my blood sugar levels down. So yes I would recommend if you wish to keep the bloods under control with zero chemicals side effects taking these.
