Ingredients: Aqueous Nettle extract*(Urtica dioica); humectant: vegetable glycerine; Water; concentrated Blackcurrant juice*(Ribes nigrum); dried bamboo extract*(bambusa arundinacea) containing 75% silica; dried harpagophytum root extract*(harpagophytum procumbens) containing harpagosides; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Nutritional analysis for maximum recommended daily intake:

18g Nettle liquid extract equivalent to 2000mg dried plant
134 mg bamboo extract including 100 mg silica,
50 mg harpagophytum

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

How to use it
