How to use it
Turn the bottle upside down 1 time before use. Take in the morning on an empty stomach. Before age 50: 15ml/day. After age 50: 45ml/day for one week (starter effect) then 15ml/day. 3-month programme recommended.

This really does work!I’ve been using this product for a few years off and on now. But I decided to start using it again to combat some of the potential issues with postpartum hormone imbalance such as hair loss etc and since I started using this supplement again I have noticed a huge difference within the last 3+ months, although I do take other vitamins alongside this supply I definitely believe this one was the game changer. My hair looks and feels even thicker, full and voluminous than it did during my pregnancy and the first few months postpartum.
