For 3 units: Mix 50g of the preparation with 50 ml of warm Water. Leave to hydrate for 15 minutes. Shape the burger into the desired size. Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the burgers on both sides until crispy.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the burgers on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake for around 20-25 minutes. Optional: Serve with hummus, salad and sweet potato fries.
