How to use it

Please read the instructions carefully before use.

Wash your hands thoroughly before use.

Check that the 6 perforations on the top of the Claricup ™ menstrual cup are properly pierced.

Clean the claricup ™ menstrual cup with Clarigyna ™ intimate shower gel or mild soap and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

And finally disinfect the Claricup ™ menstrual cup, for that you have two options:

Option 1: Place the Claricup ™ menstrual cup down in its Claribox. Cover with water. Leave the lid open and place the Claribox for 5 min at 750 W in the microwave.
Option 2: Immerse the claricup ™ menstrual cup in a pot of boiling water for 7 minutes.

The Claricup ™ menstrual cup is now disinfected. Wait for the Claricup ™ menstrual cup to cool before use to avoid the risk of burns and tears in the silicone.

NB: The Claricup ™ menstrual cup is not worn outside the menstrual period.
