How to use it
When should I use panty liners?
Some women prefer to wear them every day, to protect their Textiles from vaginal discharge. They can also be used as extra protection with a tampon or menstrual cup, or at the beginning or end of periods, when the flow is very light.
How often should I change my Slip liner?
Slip liners protect your underwear and absorb vaginal discharge. They should therefore be changed regularly. We recommend changing them every 3 to 4 hours, but it really depends on how you use them.
