SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
The cutaneous route (diluted or pure) must not be used in view of the three preceding precautions. The pure oral route is widely used, but beware of photosensitisation (do not expose to the sun during use and wait 24 hours after use). Wet inhalation and baths should be avoided, as they may irritate the skin. Atmospheric diffusion and dry inhalation do not require any special precautions and should be avoided. Essence not recommended in the presence of gallstones (Le Grand Guide Marabout des Essential Oils by F.Millet). Essences have a shorter shelf life (around 1 to 2 years) than essential oils (around 3 to 5 years).
