This is a 100% pure and natural essential oil, extracted from the leaves and twigs (smaller branches) of the manuka tree. It is obtained by steam distillation. It takes 1 tonne of leaves and twigs to make 1 litre of essential oil!
Our EO comes from wild New Zealand manuka, leptospermum scoparium. It is chemotyped with tricetones (30.5%) and sesquiterpenes. Its action is up to 30 times greater than that of tea tree oil.

Produced by steam distillation of the branches and twigs of the manuka tree - Leptospermum Scoparium, Wild Manuka essential oil from New Zealand is 100% pure and natural.
Very rich in active compounds (triketones), it is recognised as being 20 to 30 times more effective on certain strains than tea tree essential oil. Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated its efficiency in Sanitizing and repairing skin damage, strengthening and protecting the body. It can be ingested, applied to the skin or inhaled.

How to use it

External use

ON THE SKIN YES

Manuka essential oil can be used undiluted on slightly sensitive skin and applied locally.

- On sensitive skin, for children aged 3 and over, dilute preferably in a vegetable oil. Dilute 30-50%.

Massage gently and briefly into the areas concerned.

DIFFUSION YES

- Very pleasant to diffuse and highly antiseptic in the air, manuka essential oil is particularly recommended for this purpose. It can be diffused alone or combined with other essential oils, such as citrus, Lavender, etc.
- It can also be used for inhalation, a few drops in a bowl of hot water or in an inhaler.

It can be inhaled on a handkerchief or from a bottle.

BODY CARE - HYGIENE

- For regular mouth rinses, dilute 1 ml in 50 ml of a specific glycerine dispersant solution.
- To sanitise the scalp, 1 drop with your shampoo? Leave for a few minutes before rinsing.
- To reinforce your Intimate hygiene lotion, 2 drops in one dose.
