How to use it

2 measuring spoons a day, to be taken before bedtime. Take for several days if necessary.
Close the bottle tightly and rinse the spoon after each use. Store in its original packaging, away from heat and moisture. Keep refrigerated after opening. Use within 20 days of opening.
