Composed of soluble fibres and freeze-dried microbial food powder containing 12 strains, our Philobiotic solution is diluted in the morning, at breakfast, in a liquid at room temperature (water, juice, plant milk, etc.), at a rate of 1 teaspoon per day. Each sachet contains 75 billion germs, enough for a cure lasting around ten days.
Soluble fibres are chains of sugars (glucose, fructose or galactose) whose links cannot be cut by our human digestive enzymes. Only bacteria have the necessary enzymes, which is why soluble fibres, also known as prebiotics, are the guarantors of a rich and diverse intestinal flora.
