How to use it

Infusion :
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoon(s) of herbs into simmering water and let steep for 3 to 10 minutes.
Decoction :
Plunge the plant into boiling water and keep boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, then leave to infuse off the heat for 15 to 30 minutes depending on the desired concentration.
