How to use it

Face: Black cumin oil is particularly suitable for problem skin. Apply a small amount every day with a light massage, alone or with a moisturiser.
Hair: Massage lightly into the scalp and hair, working through to the ends. Leave on for a few minutes, then wash thoroughly.
