Main properties and therapeutic indications:

It can be used in place of other more aggressive Thyme essential oils to treat all kinds of infections in sensitive, allergy-prone individuals, and for children aged 6 and over, but only for external use.

Intestinal infections - candida albicans, parasites, viruses, etc

Urinary and vaginal infections for sensitive individuals - cystitis, nephritis, metritis, salpingitis, etc

How to use it

Oral use:

1 to 3 drops on a neutral tablet or diluted with honey, 1 to 4 times a day, depending on age and severity of infection

Children aged 5 to 6 and over: 1 drop with honey, 2 to 3 times a day, for a few days.

Also for recovery from general fatigue and convalescence

On the skin:

People who are not very sensitive can use it pure on the skin, in localised unctions.

For more extensive massages, dilute the Thyme linalol essential oil in a calendula, sweet almond, sesame or jojoba vegetable oil.
Use 5 to 10 ml of essential oil for 30 ml of vegetable oil.

For Breathing ailments, general fatigue or post-infection fatigue, rub into the chest, back, throat, sinuses, lumbar region and soles of the feet.

Example: to help treat bronchopulmonary ailments, rhinopharyngitis in children aged 3 to 4 and over, rub their back, chest, neck and the hollows of their wrists 3 times a day with the following mixture: 5 drops of Thyme linalol essential oil and 5 drops of Palmarosa or Rosewood essential oil, in a tablespoon of sweet almond, sesame or other oil.

Diffusion:

Diffusion is used in combination with other essential oils such as Niaouli, Lavender, Pine, Eucalyptus, etc,

It can be breathed in on a handkerchief or inhaled with, for example, Eucalyptus radiata.

Body care:

Thyme linalol essential oil can be used diluted in a skincare oil and with other essential oils beneficial to the skin - geranium, rockrose, lavender, helichrysum...-, to stimulate skin firming, reduce wrinkles, treat minor dermatoses, mild acne.

For cooking:

This Thyme is milder than Thymol Thyme. Its warm Perfumes support those of garlic. It combines well with bay leaf, parsley, oregano, savory, Rosemary and marjoram. It retains its Perfumes even after cooking for a long time. 1 to 2 drops of Thyme linalol essential oil, no more.

Keep out of reach of Children.
Not recommended for Children, pregnant or Milk feeding women.
Do not use undiluted on the skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
