Ingredients: Plant oil: Helianthus annuus* (Sunflower); Gelatin* (Gelatin); Essential oils: Cinnamomum cassia* (Chinese cinnamon), Origanum vulgare* (Oregano), Eugenia caryophyllus* (Clove), Cymbopogon citratus* (Lemongrass), Mentha piperita* (Peppermint), Carum carvi* (Caraway), Rosmarinus officinalis * (Rosemary); Glycerin* (Glycerin) Antioxidant: extract rich in Tocopherol.

Swallow with a little water. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from any source of heat and light. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation and in children under 12 years old. Do not consume more than 14 days in a row. How to use it

From 12 to 18 years old: 1 capsule per day for 5 days per week, to be repeated every week during the sensitive period. If necessary increase to 2 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to repeat for 8 weeks.
For adults: 2 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to be repeated every week during the sensitive period. If necessary increase to 4 capsules per day for 5 days per week, to repeat for 8 weeks.
