Phase 1: Rhodiola.
For the first 10 days, take 1 ampula per day, labelled "RHODIOLA" in half a glass of water. Shake before use.
Phase 2: Angelica - passion flower - eschscholtzia - hawthorn.
For the next 10 days, take 1 ampula per day, marked "ANGELICA - PASSIFLORA - ESCHSCHOLTZIA - HAWTHORN", in half a glass of water. Shake before use.
Phase 3: Maca.
For the last 10 days, take 1 ampula per day, marked "MACA", in half a glass of water. Shake before use.
