How to use it

With gastro-resistant capsules, you can take 2 a day with a large glass of water, whenever you want, even during a meal.

One box represents 30 days' intake.

One month's intake is enough to obtain optimum results. Then, take a break for a few weeks to see how long the effects last, and start again when you feel the need.

Start with 1 month (or 3 months if you are undergoing antibiotic treatment, during and after) and continue as a maintenance treatment 3 times a week. (2x 3 capsules per week)
