FilmTec(R) Melatonin is a food supplement based on melatonin, vitamin B6, Chamomile and Lavender, with sweeteners. It is formulated without gluten or lactose.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime).
Melatonin FilmTec(R) comes in the form of an orodispersible film consisting of an ultra-thin strip. Once placed on the tongue, the film dissolves in a few seconds.
