Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of Children.
Not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy. Keep away from sources of heat and light.

How to use it

For local application to painful joints, tendons and muscles, mix 4 to 5 drops of essential oil with 4 drops of St John's Wort plant oil and massage into the area to be treated.
For a homemade cream or balm, add 1 drop of essential oil.
Can also be used as an air diffusion.
