Our Prim Aloe Drinking Juice is made by cold-pressing the pulp of the best fresh Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller leaves, grown organically in Andalusia in southern Spain. Our Prim Aloe Drinking Juice is rich in pulp, and is pasteurised to ensure that it keeps longer. It is lightly cold-filtered, which ensures that it retains all its original richness. Since ancient times, Aloe Vera has been recognised for its many benefits.
The average level of Acemanann is 1611mg/L**. This level is a marker of the quality of Aloe Vera.Acemannan is a polysaccharide with immunostimulant properties for the body, which explains the plant's many benefits.
Acemannan is the most widely used active ingredient in Aloe Vera, due to its multiple health benefits. This is why the plant enjoys international recognition in both the medical and beauty worlds. Acemannan also stimulates cell regeneration and Metabolism, resulting in the elimination of toxins and poisons via the intestinal tract. But that's not all: once rid of waste products, the body is better able to activate cell renewal for a healthier, younger-looking body.
GROWING
Aloe Vera isharvested from April to November (depending on the climate). There are 2 or 3 harvests a year. Only the adult leaves surrounding the rosette are harvested, in order to preserve the plant. These crops are grown without chemical or synthetic materials, preservatives, flavourings or colourings.
ORGANIC PRODUCTION METHOD
The Aloe Veraplants are fed organically only with humus from red earthworms. Watering is very limited (once a month). The Water* contains no chlorine to prevent stains forming on the leaves. The plants are weeded by hand. Only plants that are at least 3 years old are harvested . These mature plants have then reached their Nourishing potential.
EXTRACTION
Harvesting is followed by thetransformation of the plant into juice. The leaves are first sorted according to the highest quality criteria. They are washed with water*, which is changed regularly. The fresh leaf is cut to extract the fillet, which is then pressed and filtered (using cardboard filters) to collect the pulpy juice.
CONSERVATION AND CONTROLS
The Aloe Vera juice is heated to 80° for 5 minutes to add citric acid, which is the only natural antioxidant added. This results in a very high percentage of juice: 99.71% + 0.20% citric acid + 0.09% ascorbic acid. The juice obtained is not stored. It is bottled immediately to avoid any deterioration of the product.
Samples from each batch are taken and sent to an independent laboratory for microbiological analysis.
