How to use it
On a nude or made-up eyelid, start by drawing a line low under the lash, from the inner corner to the middle of the eye. Avoid closing the eye and pulling on the eyelid, and stretch the line towards the outer corner of the eye. For a made-to-measure look, thicken the line to your liking and blend it to create your "smoky effect" look.
