ERGYSPORT EFFORT is a neutral pH drink containing carbohydrates and electrolytes which help maintain performance during prolonged exercise. This drink is a source of :

- Magnesium, which helps to reduce fatigue, maintain electrolyte balance and support the nervous and muscular systems.
- Vitamin C, which helps to protect cells against oxidative stress and reduce fatigue.
