Its formula is a unique combination of several active ingredients:
- Melatonin, also known as the "sleep hormone", works efficiently to regulate the sleep-wake rhythm and reduce the effects of jet lag at a dose of 1 mg a day. It helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
- 4 specifically selected plants with traditionally recognised benefits for helping you fall asleep and get a good night's sleep:
- Hawthorn has a relaxing effect.
- Hop and Valerian help to limit nervous states and restore a calm, restful sleep.
