The Bye Bye Cellulite can be used on the stomach, buttocks, legs, thighs, hips and triceps of the arm.

CAUTION: Do not use Bye Bye Cellulite on genital areas, the Face, mucous membranes and breasts or on any other sensitive part of the Body.

Ideally, use one Bye Bye Cellulite in each hand to massage each side at the same time!

Choose the area you want to work on and apply the oil
Take your BBC and apply pressure by pinching the suction cup to empty it
Gently release the suction pad against your skin, which will be sucked into the BBC. You will feel a pinching sensation on your Skin: this is normal!
If the suction sensation is too strong, remove the Anti-Cellulite suction pad and pinch it less firmly to adjust the pressure to your liking.

Once the BBC is against your skin, you can perform a number of movements (you mustn't leave the BBC static on your skin):

- Horizontal back and forth movements for 3 to 5 minutes
- Vertical back-and-forth or S-shaped movements for 3 to 5 minutes
- Circular up and down movements for 1 minute
- Finish by applying gentle pressure
