Vitamin B6 plays an important role in nervous balance and psychological functions, but here it benefits from synergies with the other ingredients, including saffron, a plant with widely recognised qualities for supporting emotional balance. Saffron acts on dopamine, noradrenalin and serotonin, neurotransmitters that are important for psychological balance. It therefore helps to maintain a positive mood and emotional balance.

It also supports relaxation. L-theanine influences levels of dopamine, serotonin and GABA. GABA is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system.
It promotes calm and tranquillity by neutralising the effects of glutamate. L-tyrosine is involved in the production of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline.
