How to use it

Diffusion: 10 to 15 minutes per hour, 3 to 4 times a day, always combined with other essences or essential oils, and in minority in this mixture.
Massage: always in minority in a mixture of essential oils, for 10 drops in this mixture diluted in 1 or 2 soup spoons of vegetable oil.
Not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 7, epileptics, allergics, asthma-prone people or those with a convulsion history
