How to use it
Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.
Skin ageing, dry skin, rosacea: apply instead of night cream.
Cellulite, excess weight: massage daily into the areas concerned.
Burns, sunburn: apply to the area.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
Diffusion into the air.
In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.
In the kitchen:
Fruit compotes and salads: 1 drop per 500g.
Cake or pancake batter: 4 drops for 500g of batter.
Ice cream or sorbets: 2 drops per litre.
