How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet essential oil?
For internal use, place 1 to 2 drops onto a sugar cube or in honey, 2 to 3 times daily. To purify the air, add a few drops to a diffuser. For bath use, dilute 20 drops in a suitable base. For massage, blend 100 drops with 100 ml of carrier oil.
Avoid direct contact with skin or mucous membranes in its undiluted form.
