Gemmotherapy is using the power of buds - a true concentrate of all plant active ingredients(totum). Hand-picked, santarome buds used are fresh, organic and wild. This Tri-complex ensures a general balance for your body. Santarome Organic bud macerates are prepared according to Dr Pol Henry's method: maceration for 21 days in a mixture of 1/3 water + 1/3 alcohol + 1/3 glycerine.
Hawthorn reduces nervousness in adults and children, especially in case of sleep difficulties.

How to use it
Take 15 to 30 drops in the evening depending on your sleep difficulties, pure or diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). Drink outside of meals.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Glycerine macerates of equal parts of organic buds : Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigato (Poir) DC), Fig tree* (Ficus carica L) and Lime tree (Tilia platyphylos Scop.). Alcohol: 30% vol.
A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. The presence of a slight deposit due to the use of organic plants does not affect the quality of the product.
This dietary supplement associates Hawthorn with Valerian recognised for its calming effect and its beneficial action on sleep .
This action is completed by the essential oil of Lavender and passionflower that also promotes the return to calm. The synergy of Valerian, hawthorn, lemon balm, passionflower, and lavender helps maintain a natural sleep and normal quality.
