How to use it
4 sprays under the tongue, in the evening, ½ h before going to bed. Shake bottle before use. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Nutritional analysis :
For 1 maximum daily dose of 4 sprays (624 mg): Extracts of : Melissa officinalis: 270 mg / Passiflora incarnata: 18 mg / Eschscholzia californica: 28 mg / Valeriana officinalis: 0.1 mg / Crocus sativus: 4 mg
Do not exceed the daily dose indicated. Keep out of reach of Children. Not recommended for pregnant women, children under 12 or people taking antidepressants. Consume within 30 days of opening. Non-addictive.
This dietary supplement associates Hawthorn with Valerian recognised for its calming effect and its beneficial action on sleep .
