How to use it
How to use Dr. Valnet Atlas Cedar Essential Oil?
Use 1 to 2 drops per day in a warm herbal tea with honey, or blend with a carrier oil for massage. Add to cooked dishes or diffuse into the air to enjoy its benefits.
Avoid direct application to the skin undiluted. For a relaxing bath, dilute 3 drops in a neutral base before immersing.

Dr. Valnet warned against the uncontrolled mixing of essential oils, which can cause interactions that counteract the desired effect.
Essential oils must be kept out of reach of children, as they are highly concentrated products that can be dangerous if misused. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 36 months should follow medical advice before use. Individuals with allergies or epilepsy should consult a specialist before using essential oils.
