How to use it
Take 1 tablet one hour before bedtime with a glass of Water. Take for 1 month, then repeat if necessary.

Composition for 1 tablet: Dried extract of organic valerian root: 150 mg Dried extract of organic hawthorn flowering tops: 38 mg Dried extract of organic eschscholtzia aerial parts: 30 mg
