Easyparapharmacie SAS is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet and software packages accessible (and its mobile applications and digital street furniture) in accordance with article 47 of law no. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

For this purpose, Easyparapharmacie SAS implements the following strategy and actions:

Publication of the multi-year accessibility plan (currently being drafted);
Publication of the 2026 - 2028 action plans (currently being drafted).

Conformity Status

The www.easypara.co.uk website does not comply with the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4, due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.

The accessibility audit carried out by AccessProd reveals that:

47.37% of RGAA version 4.1.2 criteria are met;
The average compliance rate of the online service is 53.5%, calculated as the mean across all pages sampled.

The main menu and breadcrumb are not correctly structured technically.
Many lists of items are not properly structured.
Some tags and attributes used for presentation are present in the source code of certain pages.
Product rating stars only convey information via CSS.
Text is not always readable when font size or zoom is increased to 200%.
Background and font color declarations are not used correctly.
Keyboard navigation is not always visible or sufficiently contrasted.
Some content requires horizontal scrolling in a 320px wide viewport.
Some form fields without visible labels lack text cues to indicate expected input.
Some form fields do not have correctly associated or relevant labels.
Some fields of the same type are not grouped.
Some required fields are only marked with an asterisk, which is not understandable by all users.
Some forms do not indicate required fields.
Autofill of fields containing user data is not compliant.
Page regions are not identifiable and cannot be reached or bypassed.
No skip links are present.
Tab order is not always coherent, especially in modal windows.
During navigation, the login page may appear unexpectedly without prior notice of disconnection.
Downloadable files are not always compatible with assistive technologies.
Emojis present are not correctly interpreted by assistive technologies.
Auto-scrolling carousels cannot be stopped.
