How to use it

Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of Plant oils.

Rheumatism, joint pain, painful periods: massage into painful areas.
Cellulite, excess weight: apply to affected areas.
Difficult digestion: massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction.
Heavy legs: massage upwards from the ankle to the thigh.
Couperose, oily skin, acne, ampulas, cuts, abrasions, seborrhoeic dermatitis, burns, eczema, haemorrhoids, shingles, herpes: apply locally.
Stress, depression, insomnia, hot flushes: massage the solar plexus and soles of the feet.

Diffusion into the air.

In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.

Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
