Dosage for 2 capsules: 295 mg of concentrated dry extract of Bioes Valerian.

For adults and adolescents over the age of Plus 12 only. Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Consumption of Valerian may cause reduced alertness: if you are concerned, avoid driving after taking it. If you are taking anti-depressants or sleeping pills, ask your pharmacist for advice before use.

How to use it

2 capsules a day to be taken with a large glass of Water.
Nervous balance: 1 capsule morning and evening.
