INGREDIENTS: Organic** Lemon balm leaf(Melissa officinalis L.) 39%, Organic** Chamomile flowering top(Matricaria chamomilla L.) 26%, Organic** Lime aerial part(Tilia platyphyllos Scop) 24%, Organic** Sweet orange peel(Citrus sinensis(L.) Osbeck) 9%, Organic** Sweet orange essential oil(Citrus sinensis(L.) Osbeck) 2%.

**Ingredients from Organic Farming.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 12 without medical advice. Store at a temperature below 25°C, in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, in its hermetically sealed packaging.

Place the sachet in a cup and pour over simmering water (approximately 200 ml at 80°C). Leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes before drinking, preferably in the evening, half an hour before bedtime. Use 1 sachet a day.
