How to use it
The day before or the first day of your period: 1 capsule to be taken with a glass of water.
During your period: 1 to 3 capsules a day, depending on the intensity of the discomfort, with a glass of water. In the case of very intense discomfort, you can take up to 3 capsules a day in a single dose.
