Growing wild around the Mediterranean, Rosemary, Rosmarinus officinalis, is a shrub from the Lamiaceae (Labiatae) family. It has many phytopharmaceutical properties, but it is also a condiment herb and a honey plant (Rosemary honey is highly prized), as well as a product frequently used in perfumery. In Latin, its name means "sea dew", as it grows spontaneously by the sea, but according to evangelical tradition, "Rosemary" means "Mary's Rose"

How to use it
Take 1 drop on a neutral medium once a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for oil: 1 drop - 40 mg.
