How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Organic Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil?
This oil is primarily for topical use: dilute 2–3 drops in a carrier oil before massaging into the skin. Suitable for use on the body or face (avoid the eye area).
For diffusion, add 5–10 drops to an essential oil diffuser to fragrance a room (maximum 30 minutes per session). Do not ingest. Store away from light and heat.
