How to use it
It is advisable to take 1cc diluted in a glass of water. Drink one or two glasses of water a day as needed. Close the package well after each use

85g of fibers, 3g of Psyllium bring 2,5g of fibers.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
To be consumed within 60 days of opening. Can not replace a varied diet, balance, and a healthy lifestyle. Medications should be taken one hour before ingestion of psyllium.
