How to use it
When suffering from the first signs of a cold: Take 4 to 5 sweets a day to protect yourself from damage.
To soften the throat: suck 4 to 5 sweets a day.
Place the sweet under the tongue for a moment and suck.
Do not take more than 5 sweets a day if an adult or 3 if a child.
