How to use it
Recommended use: Oral: 1 drop diluted in 1 teaspoon of honey or plant oil, 2 to 3 times a day.
Possible uses: Diffusion: ¼ h to ½ h in the room, before bed. Inhalation: 2 drops diluted in a bowl of warm water.
