How to use it
Recommended use: Oral: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 1 teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, twice a day, before meals.
Possible uses: For quality sleep Diffusion: ¼ h before bedtime. Bath: 5 to 10 drops, previously diluted in Disp'arôme, added to the bath water.
