How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Organic Bergamot Essential Oil?
Apply 3 to 4 drops to the wrists, soles of the feet or solar plexus area, 1 to 2 times daily. For a natural fragrance, blend 3 drops of bergamot with 100 drops of carrier oil (such as jojoba or sweet almond).
Ideal for atmospheric diffusion to purify the air. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
