How to use it
In the event of stress or emotional shock: 3 drops of HECT Chamomile noble on the solar plexus and/or the Olfacto method: place 2 drops of HECT Chamomile noble on the inside of the wrists, join the hands in a cathedral shape then cover the nose with the joined hands and take a long, deep breath repeated 2 to 3 times in succession. Can be repeated as required.
Directions: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral base (honey, cane sugar, plant oil).
Keep out of reach of young Children. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use with caution or on the advice of a doctor during pregnancy and milk feeding, and in children under 3 years of age. Keep away from sources of heat and light.
