How to use Biofloral Bach Flowers?
Take 3 to 4 drops, 4 times a day, either directly under the tongue or diluted in a glass of water. For best results, hold the liquid in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. A course of 1 to 4 weeks is recommended to help restore emotional balance.
